Jon Mitchell
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Founder
Jon is an experienced technology strategist with deep expertise in software development, AI-driven solutions, and IoT device integration. He leads ViaCare’s technology direction, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulations.
His career includes roles at Cisco Systems, Newbridge Networks, ZeroTrust Security Solutions, NHS, and Thirdspace TV, where he developed a strong foundation in cybersecurity, network security, system architecture, and the design of secure, scalable platforms.
As CTO, Jon is responsible for shaping ViaCare’s technology roadmap, driving platform innovation, and ensuring the delivery of robust, future-ready solutions.
Lee Watson
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Co-Founder
With over three decades of experience in ICT management and digital transformation, Lee is a seasoned technology leader specialising in AI-driven solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). His work focuses on enhancing productivity, strengthening operational resilience, and enabling sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive landscape.
Lee previously held senior leadership roles at Ericsson, serving as EMEA Technical Services Director before being appointed APAC Technical Services Director. During his tenure, he established the company’s APAC support division in Australia, where he now resides with his wife and family.
As CEO of ViaCare, Lee oversees global operations, leading logistics and partner engagement to ensure the organisation continues to scale effectively across international markets.
Rob Gray
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Rob Gray is an accomplished business leader and marketing strategist with more than 40 years of commercial and executive experience across international markets. A graduate with a first-class honours degree in Marketing and Management, Rob has built a distinguished career helping organisations accelerate growth through strategic marketing, innovation, and business transformation.
'Rob began his corporate career in senior marketing roles with leading global brands including Kimberly-Clark, PepsiCo, and United Biscuits, ultimately rising to the position of Marketing Director. He later co-founded the award-winning marketing agency Mercier Gray, successfully expanding the business to 150 staff across three international offices.
Following his exit from the agency, Rob relocated to the south of France, where he now leads a successful marketing and business consultancy serving clients across the healthcare and leisure sectors.
Alongside his consultancy work, Rob collaborates closely with AI Forge, a global incubator for AI startups, where he serves as Lead Mentor. He also acts as a board advisor to several emerging AI companies from the AI Forge alumni network, supporting founders in commercial strategy, growth, and market development.
Kate Clarke - Finance

Kate is an experienced Finance Manager and accountant with over 25 years of experience across the retail and banking sectors. Her background combines strong financial governance with hands-on operational expertise, enabling effective support for business performance and strategic decision-making.
She began her career in banking before moving into the retail industry, where she has spent over 15 years in progressively responsible finance roles. Her expertise spans purchase and sales ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
As Finance Manager, Kate is responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing in-year forecasts, and ensuring accuracy, control, and financial discipline across the organisation.
A Personal note from the Founder
This product is dedicated to my amazing aunt, Lesley, whose strength, warmth, and quiet resilience left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her. Watching her journey with dementia was both heartbreaking and deeply motivating—it revealed not only the challenges of the condition, but also the gaps in care, understanding, and support. She remained, at her core, the same loving and vibrant person, even as the illness tried to take pieces of her away. This work exists to help support families facing similar experiences, and to try and contribute in some small way toward a future where dementia is met with better solutions, greater compassion, and renewed hope.
