Jon Mitchell – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Founder.
Jon brings extensive experience in software development, AI-driven solutions, and IoT device integration. As the driving force behind ViaCare’s technology strategy, Jon ensures that the company remains at the cutting edge of innovation while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry regulations. Having worked for companies including Cisco Systems, Newbridge Networks, ZeroTrust Security Solutions, and Thirdspace TV, his expertise spans cybersecurity, network security, system architecture, and the development of secure, scalable platforms.
Justin James – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
An experienced business strategist with a history of startups and growing technology companies and internal operating companies Justin is assisting Jon with corporate strategy, investor relations, and operational excellence. With a background in venture-backed startups and B2B enterprise sales, Justin is assisting ViaCare’s expansion into new markets and strategic partnerships. With a wealth of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operational efficiency he is responsible for overseeing the production, deployment, and customer support functions at ViaCare. The role is instrumental in ensuring seamless integration between technology development and market execution.
Lee Watson
Chief Process and Innovation Officer (CPIO)
With over three decades of experience in ICT management and digital transformation, Lee specialises in delivering innovative AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs).
His passion lies in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive productivity, enhance business reliability, and foster sustainable growth for organizations looking to stay competitive in today’s dynamic market.
Lee, formally the EMEA technical services director at Ericsson, was then offered the role of APAC Technical Services Director. Where during his time there Lee setup Ericssons APAC support division based out of Australia, where Lee now resides with his wife and famliy. Lee has joined the Viacare team as CPIO and is responsible for managing Viacare's Australasian business entities, along with global logistics and partner engagement.
Kate Clarke - Finance Director
Highly qualified and motivated professionals
An experienced Finance Manager and accountant, Kate has worked in the retail industry for over 15 years, and previous to that worked in banking for 10 years.
Working in various areas of Finance including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Cash Flow forecasting, Budgeting, reviewing and Forecasting multiple budgets in year.
